The aim of the project was to improve the energy balance of the building.
It is a three-storey office building from 1980 in poor technical condition.
The task of the project was, besides solving technical problems, also the design of facades and the design of a new roof together with the creation of a neoplasm – the roof of the open air atrium. Within the project we also solved a new form of atrium, changed old windows, cultivated greenery and created a pleasant space to relax.
