Effectivity, simplicity and maximum use of every space. Everything has own place and the system. Thus we can define the style of living in Japan, where every free square meter of land is very precious.
For such housing no longer have to travel abroad, it is also provided directly in Bratislava. In a quiet residential area of Ruzinov, we have created a six small terraced houses, which by their solutions are an alternative to a two-bedroom apartment. Houses are brick, two-story with gables and pitched gable roof.
Interior layout is designed as a daily zone on the ground floor and night upstairs. Each house has its own garden with a terrace. On the ground floor of each house is located entrance hall, separate toilet with washbasin, stairs and open space – living room and kitchen with dining. The living room has direct access to the garden and terrace. Intelligent internal layout and small compact shape, are not only very useful for the user, but saves your cost of operation and heating.
Houses are designed as a modern architecture based on a rhythmic alternation of simple mass with two material facades – wood paneling and white plaster. Each house has its own parking in front of the entrance.
Terraced houses reflects the strong demand for housing in Bratislava. Brings a new type of housing – affordable, small start housing suitable for young families with one child, married couples, people living alone, or retired people.
