Object is proposed as brick, scattered, two-storey with a flat roof, terrace and shelter for parking. The focus of the proposal was to create a comfortable parking connected with the house and a pleasant terrace using views that the land provides.
Appearance of the house is tackled by overlapping horizontal compositions. The character of the individual mass can be pinpointed by using different materials.
